Company Overview: Lengow, an intelligent and automated e-commerce platform since 2009, has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.Main Responsibilities:Revenue Ownership & Market Expansion: Be the guarantor and owner of Lengow's new business development in ICP countries and segments. Lead the development of strategies to expand into new segments and countries across the European market, particularly within the mid-market sector.Team Leadership & Talent Development: Manage a team of 9 Account Executives, sharing best practices and helping them gain a sense of perspective in their day-to-day responsibilities. Lead your team to success through performance monitoring, setting goals, and providing continuous assistance to each individual. Attract, hire, onboard, and coach new talent while motivating existing employees to foster growth and development.Sales Strategy & Process Optimization: Define the go-to-market strategy and create actionable plans, monitoring daily progress to ensure alignment with goals. Set up a comprehensive sales playbook, ensuring processes reflect customer requirements, and continuously optimize sales approaches to meet business needs. Organize and track sales activities by setting clear performance metrics, guaranteeing forecast accuracy, and identifying performance gaps.Collaboration & Market Insights: Work closely with marketing, business development, partnerships, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market efforts. Identify new market opportunities by networking to generate business and acting as a spokesperson at events.Sales Strategy Development & Execution: Set goals for your team and the broader sales organization, ensuring consistent motivation and progress toward targets. Continuously train your employees to develop a highly skilled and adaptable sales force.Hiring Process: Understand who is Lengow: call with Alexandre, Talent Acquisition Manager. Get to know the team in our office.Requirements:Experience as a head of Sales in SaaS.A collaborative and participative leadership background.Bilingual or native English, a second language is a plus.Experience in an international environment.Hands-on leadership, eager to grow with curiosity to learn.Benefits:Working schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
