The main responsibility of the role is to achieve the Ad Sales Budgets based on price, inventory, and industry analysis overseeing all operations in order to fulfill this task.

Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and agencies, including incentive negotiations with agencies and PR relationships with direct clients.

Develop marketing strategies along with the marketing team to continue positioning our properties in the top of mind of all Mexican audiences and clients.

Develop and sell branded content to clients, as well as multiplatform campaigns. All tasks are always made considering our DPTI target.

Areas of Responsibility
Negotiate incentive models for top agencies (e.g., Annual Negotiations with Top Agencies, such as IPG, Group M, etc.).
Day-to-day tracking and follow-up of forecast and revenues (by manager and executive) to achieve monthly goals (e.g., Daily report of revenues and along with the managers try to identify Risks & Opportunities).
PR with clients to grow existing opportunities (e.g., Dinners, meals, trips).
Participate in internal regional meetings, regional committees, weekly calls, etc.
Forecasting annual and long-range office revenues and budgets, including LRP's and T&E.
Responsible for the implementation and follow-up of the Mexico Ad Sales annual strategy, aligned to the regional strategy (e.g., Follow up to AUR, Revenues, Top Clients, Churn, Branded Content, Digital, etc.).

Areas of Accountability
Geographical Scope: Mexico (in some cases we foresee regional accounts).

Job Requirements / Skills
Essential
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Broad knowledge and experience in media (Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Print, Digital, etc.).
Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people.
10 or more years of experience in the entertainment industry.
Ability to work under pressure.
Above-average skills in negotiation.
Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications.
General knowledge of local market, players (competitors), and clients.
Strategic and analytical mindset.

Desirable
Diploma or equivalent experience in Digital, leadership, strategic planning.
Experience in production sales.
Ability to travel constantly.
Degree or equivalent experience in MBA.
