Sales Director

As the Sales Director for ADT Spain, you will be responsible for driving the sales growth strategy and execution across all sales channels in the country. Reporting directly to the ADT Spain Subscriber GM, you will be a key member of the Spain Senior Leadership Team, responsible for the overall performance of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales growth strategies in collaboration with the EMEALA business model/leaders.
- Lead the design and execution of sales execution plans to grow the customer base and related service solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales channels and optimize lead generation to improve sales conversion rates and volume.
- Work closely with Marketing to ensure alignment and support for sales organization and business goals.
- Lead and manage incentive structures and rewards in conjunction with the ADT Spain Finance Leader, HR Leader, and key sales and business leaders.
- Minimum of 15 years of sales and management experience.
- Demonstrable experience in security-alarm monitoring industry as Sales Director.
- Demonstrable experience in telecoms market as Sales Director.
- Specific experience managing or matrix direction to a distributed sales organization in various sales structures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees/management and experience in a cross-functional matrix reporting structure.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
- Experience in national and multinational working environments.
- Ability to understand and leverage on cultural and market differences.
- Gravitas and credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
