About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team in Spain and drive sales growth for ADT Spain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver results and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, maintaining a strong understanding of the company's vision and values.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of sales and management experience, preferably in the security industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
