SDR Performance Manager focus areas:

• Managing our agency relationship, which is responsible for contacting and developing potential prospects for our software products. This means you will be responsible for qualifying marketing leads into sales opportunities through all relevant marketing channels.
• You are the central interface for the sales units, which advise the qualified prospects in the further sales process.
• Engage with prospects and customers to assess and validate our marketing communications. You use frameworks such as persona profiles, user journeys and purchase decision processes for planning and implementation ensuring that activities are aligned with our strategy and business goals.
• You'll align with the lead qualification team based on campaigns, target customer audience.
• You'll ensure prospects are qualified appropriately for our potential customers in Small and Mid-sized companies by means of discussion guides, side-by-sides, coordination of trainings/briefings, lead analyses.
• You'll partner with internal Marketing and Sales Leaders to continuously analyze and optimize your approach and concepts. You regularly present your programs to your stakeholders.
• You'll partner with our global cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration to identify common approaches to solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in telemarketing/telephone acquisition or outbound sales development.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience with digital lead qualification, social selling, and account-based marketing.
• You use target group analyses and surveys to keep yourself regularly up to date.
• Experience with Salesforce and Power BI is required.
• Successful examples of owning and managing a large budget
• Effective Communication: Proficient in creating discussion guidelines and benefit arguments, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and business English.
• Adaptability and Learning: Open to new ideas, eager to learn and develop personally, and actively seeks out new methods and market opportunities.
• Collaboration and Feedback: Able to work well within a team, provide and receive constructive feedback, and confident in managing both internal and external service providers.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with metrics and data analysis, using quantitative and qualitative metrics to drive discussions, decisions, and performance improvements.
• Marketing and Process Expertise: Experience in developing call center performance reporting, SLA control, and optimizing marketing concepts and processes within lead development.
Responsabilidades principales SDR Performance Manager:

• Performance Funnel Optimisation
- Funnel analysis and optimisation initiatives
- SDR enablement on marketing campaigns
• Defines lead distribution and routing strategy
- Definition of the routing logic on Lean data, request changes to regional MOPS
• Continuous feedback loop w/ sales & marketing
- Continuous feedback loop on Opps quality expectations and improvements needed
- Interlock with sales team on opportunity quality and acceptance SLAs
- Interlock with Marketing on campaign performance and improvements
• Local implementation of global SDR processes
- Support global SDR operations for the implementation of global processes, suggest optimisations to global team.
• Strategy and Planning
- Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team aligned Performance Marketing Leaders
- Define headcounts needed based on targets, demand planning and delivery capability
• Input on SDR Performance to Marketing Leadership
- Produce input for MBR and QBR
• Outreach sequences creation and optimisation
- Owns the creation and update of sequences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content required (PMM, Campaign managers, ...)
