The coordinators are tasked with meeting C-class business executives, attending leading energy events and gathering in-depth information on national energy leaders, companies and business environments.The successful candidate has:Year-round availability to travel and relocate to emerging markets on all continentsA BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree backed by a sound knowledge of international relations, economics, marketing or communications.
Other majors will be considered too.Excellent communication skills and proven adaptability to a global environment with a curious mindAmbition, drive and communicative energy with a highly independent and vivacious personalityTeam-playing abilities and strong social skillsThe ability to work under deadlines and to keep a cool head under pressureOne to three years of relevant work experience, although new graduates will be consideredFluency in both written and spoken English with a second language (preferably Spanish, Portuguese or French) being an advantageExcellent personal and professional presentationNo travel restrictionsThe job responsibilities include:Scheduling and conducting meetings with senior energy executives globallyOperating a database of key companies and executivesEstablishing and executing business strategiesAnalysing market data and defining sales potentialNegotiating and finalising partnerships, communication campaigns and advertising contracts with public institutions and private-sector companiesAttending exhibitions, conferences and other PR and networking activitiesWorking abroad throughout the yearWhat we offer:An exciting and unique career within the global energy industry through strategic communication, publishing, events and advertising salesAn attractive compensation package, including basic + commissions, global health insurance, all accommodation, communication and travel expenses coveredTraining and fast-track promotion to a mid-level team member and subsequently to project directorThe unique opportunity to meet world leaders, senior government officials, C-class decision-makers and global energy industry movers and shakersExcited by the prospect of starting your global career and joining our international communications and sales force?
