Some ideas we already have in mind on what you can support us with:RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the design and review of training materials (e-learnings, videos, step-by-step guides, etc.) to optimize user experience.Design learning resources, catalogues, and engagement collaterals.Contribute to different Learning and Development initiatives with our team to meet business objectives.Support the administration of our LMS: Radisson Academy Online.Assist the L&D team in extracting insights from training reports and contribute to making data-driven decisions on our offer.Collaborate in the development of presentations and webinars for internal and external purposes.Conduct market analyses and investigate industry trends to identify new ways of creating learning experiences.A SUCCESSFUL TRAINEE:Must be enrolled in a school program to be eligible for the internship.Is fluent in English, both written and verbal, and has excellent communication skills.Has a versatile skillset, with a strong mix of design, data analysis, and project management abilities.Has expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT) and proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).Is flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with a Yes I Can attitude.Is a team player with a global mindset, able to work with a variety of different stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Has hospitality industry experience (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
