**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
The role will be mainly to work within the Learning and Development team giving support to the L&D Manager in the Learning activities:

- Organization of training sessions and events (communications, logistics and tracking)
- Follow up on the programs and actions implemented (create surveys, collect results and work on conclusions)
- Contribution to L&D calendars, events and newsletters
- Training database and internal reports maintenance
- Communication of Fundae documentation
- Identification of new vendors that can help deliver trainings sessions and activities

**YOU'RE GOOD AT**:

- Full proficiency reading/writing/speaking English and Spanish
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive personal and professional image, and excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Strong organizational skills, strong rigor and strong attention to detail
- Professional approach to time and deadlines
- Ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality
- Team player with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Ability to work overtime during peak periods, stress management capacity

**YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)**:

- At least 1 year of working experience (human resources either in a consulting firm, training company, or in a corporate human resource department very valuable)

**YOU'LL WORK WITH**:
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
