Learning and Development Trainee

About the Role
The selected candidate will report directly to the L&D Manager, who in turn reports to the CTO of Publicis Groupe. As a member of the Learning and Development team, the successful candidate will gain a comprehensive and enriching experience, actively participating in the management and execution of various development and training projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Management and Logistics: Assist with the planning and logistical organization prior to the execution of training and development activities to ensure their proper implementation.
- Registration and Surveys: Record attendance in the tracking sheet and handle the distribution of satisfaction surveys and supporting materials when necessary.
- Mandatory Trainings: Ensure that employees complete pending e-learning courses and address any related issues or incidents.
- Reports: Assist in the tracking and preparation of reports required for analysis and internal audits.
- Program Follow-up: Monitor our global training programs, receive feedback from participants and managers, and take measures to improve processes.
- Invoice Registration: Record invoices in the annual L&D budget sheet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Education.
- Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
