Job descriptionMain Responsibilities and TasksThe purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Career Development Center to aid the day-to-day running of all activities and events to help IESE students in their job search.This involves being in contact with both companies and students from all over the world, and reporting directly to two Associate Directors.Main Tasks:Provide general administrative support with internal technical platforms, the department's mailbox, data reports, organization of events, liaison with other departments, purchasing orders, etc.Manage job platform: approving new companies, inserting new job postings, managing deadlines, generating CV books, giving feedback from companies, controlling student offers, and updating the system accordingly.Take ownership and coordinate activities online and on-campus ensuring everything runs smoothly. For example: posting job opportunities, sending CV books, organizing interviews, internal workshops, Career Forums, corporate presentations, case competitions, student club conferences, surveys, and networking events.Event organization including scheduling, publishing in the student platform, logistics (room, technician, and F&B bookings), invitations, attendance check, and post-delivery follow-up.Be the liaison between students, companies, and IESE by responding to inquiries and solving issues from companies, students, and visitors over the phone and in person.Assist the Associate Directors to find new companies recruiting on campus and make contact by email and by phone (Business Development).Produce documents and/or presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
