Actualmente, estamos en un HR Operations Specialist  para unirse al equipo de Tenerife.
Nuestro cliente, se trata de una scaleup española en plena expansión .
Con sede central en Barcelona, y presencia internacional.
Utilizan IA, modelos predictivos y tecnologías avanzadas para potenciar a sus clientes
La misión: Estamos en la búsqueda de una persona organizada y proactiva que se encargue de las tareas administrativas y operativas de la oficina, colaborando con el equipo de People para brindar una experiencia positiva a los empleados.
El Rol: Asistir en la publicación de ofertas de empleo y la gestión de candidatos en los diferentes portales de empleo.
Ayudar en la gestión y actualización de bases de datos de candidatos y documentos relacionados con la contratación.
Asegurar que la oficina esté bien abastecida con suministros y que las instalaciones estén en buen estado.
Colaborar con el equipo de HR para asegurar que los empleados cuenten con la información y los recursos necesarios.
Coordinar la logística de la incorporación de nuevos empleados Planificar y coordinar eventos de empresa, reuniones, y actividades de equipo, asegurando que se desarrollen de manera eficiente.
Gestionar los desplazamientos y la logística relacionada con eventos y reuniones, tanto internos como externos.
Colaborar en la creación de un ambiente de trabajo positivo a través de la organización de actividades que promuevan la cohesión y el bienestar del equipo.
Asegurarse de que todos los aspectos administrativos y operativos de la oficina estén organizados y funcionando sin problemas.
Controlar presupuestos, gastos y recursos financieros relacionados con la oficina.
Desarrollar e implementar políticas y procedimientos para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
Qué necesitamos: Excelentes habilidades de organización para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
Comunicación clara y efectiva para interactuar con empleados, proveedores y candidatos.
Atención al detalle para asegurar que todas las tareas administrativas se realicen correctamente.
Dominio del Paquete Office para gestionar bases de datos y reportes.
Enfoque metódico y disciplinado para seguir procedimientos y políticas de la empresa.
Compromiso con el trabajo y capacidad para manejar información confidencial con discreción.
Actitud proactiva para crear un entorno laboral positivo y contribuir al bienestar del equipo.
