Your People partner for Start-ups and Digital Companieswww.Merlindp.ComAt Merlin Digital Partner, we offer solutions in IT & Digital recruiting, for start-ups and Corporates, digital transformation plans, coaching & mentoring sessions.Currently, we are in search of a Director de Operaciones .Our partner, a start-up based in Sant Cugat (Barcelona) and Santa Cruz de Tenerife, has over 150 employees in just over 2 years, with an international presence and an application that utilizes AI to offer various marketing and growth techniques aimed at maximizing benefits for its clients (SMEs).Misión:We are looking for an Operations Director whose mission will be to ensure global operational efficiency by leading teams and optimizing processes to meet the business and financial objectives of the Kit Digital project, contributing to the company's growth.El Rol:Global supervision of operations related to the Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.Coordination of various operational processes related to the Kit Digital: client acquisition, file processing, customer experience, solution quality, etc.Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch.Identify and lead improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency.Monitor and improve the unit economics associated with the operation.Prepare reports and presentations for management.Qué buscamos:Degree in computer engineering or similar.Previous experience in supervising complex operations, focusing on optimization and process improvement.Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people).Ability to hire, train, and develop talent, creating a productive and cohesive work environment.Ability to plan, execute, and lead operational projects from design phase to implementation.Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a results-oriented approach to efficiency.Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, Holded, among others.Familiarity with the Kit Digital or similar programs is a plus.Qué Ofrecemos:Indefinite contract.Negotiable salary based on experience (f+v).Bonus based on team objective fulfillment.Offices in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
