Operations Director

At Merlin Digital Partner, we are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our global operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and contributing to the company's expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Global supervision of operations related to Kit Digital, ensuring efficiency and compliance with operational and financial objectives.
  • Coordination of various operational processes, including client acquisition, file processing, customer experience, and solution quality.
  • Management of teams located in the Tenerife branch, including hiring, training, and developing talent.
  • Identification and implementation of improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Monitoring and improvement of unit economics associated with the operation.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Requirements:
  • Degree in computer engineering or similar.
  • Previous experience in supervising complex operations, focusing on optimization and process improvement.
  • Experience managing large teams (ideally between 50-70 people).
  • Ability to plan, execute, and lead operational projects from design phase to implementation.
  • Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and a results-oriented approach to efficiency.
  • Knowledge of data tools, CRM, and project management software, such as Hubspot, Salesforce, PowerBI, ClickUp, Asana, and Holded.
