The Paid Media Specialist's main responsibilities are the coordination and optimization of the paid marketing campaigns in Spain in collaboration with the local/European agency. The position has the responsibility to ensure awareness, traffic, and lead generation through different channels depending on the campaign's needs, working closely with the Marketing and PR team to develop the paid media strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives. Expertise in managing Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads, programmatic tools, and SEM is required. Extensive knowledge of the main stakeholders of ATL in Spain, especially television, OOH, and Radio is also essential. An analytical, proactive, and team player profile is sought. The Paid Media Specialist reports directly to the Marketing and PR Manager in Spain.Responsibilities: Optimize online paid media campaigns in accordance with the company's marketing strategies.Be in direct contact and negotiate with the main stakeholders of the ATL media in Spain with a deep knowledge of prices, locations, and timings to achieve the most efficient impact.Analyze and optimize campaign performance data to improve results.Cooperate with other company departments to coordinate paid media campaigns with the company strategy.Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.5+ years of experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns.Experience executing large-budget television and outdoor campaigns.Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, SEM, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.Extensive knowledge of different programmatic DSPs such as Google DV360.Spanish native language level and proficiency level of English.Highly motivated and result-driven.Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.We offer:Performance and experience-based competitive remuneration.Department & company-wide teambuilding events.An exciting opportunity to be part of the European transition to Zero Emissions transportation and decarbonization of the economy.Our Purpose is to build a zero-emission future that reconnects humanity with nature and a world of clean air.
