Paid Social Media Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Specialist to join our pool of external consultants and support a global pharmaceutical client.As a Paid Social Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve specific marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement paid social media campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.Manage and optimize paid social media budgets to maximize ROI.Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance and provide actionable insights.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media advertising.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.Maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory landscape.RequirementsIdeally with 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and working with large budgets across multiple countriesProficient in Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign ManagerExperience with another social platform is a bonusKnowledge of data feed management tooling and social advertising tooling.Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and report creation, with the ability to adapt reports to client requirementsExperience working with Adobe Analytics is a plus, as we use it to measure and analyze our digital marketing effortsProficiency in using JIRA for agile sprint management in marketing contextsExperience with tagging and pixel implementation for conversions, including troubleshooting and optimizationDesired Skills:Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAgency experience is a plusData-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsTeam player with excellent communication skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong belief in the added value of paid social media to the marketing funnelIntrinsic curiosity to stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media developmentsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
