About the Department:
The Marketing Department within BYD Europe is responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive business objectives and deliver results in the European market.
Our Team:
We work collaboratively to optimize brand visibility, increase market share, and drive business growth within the European market.
The Role:
- Deliver social media plans for the Spain marketing team.
- Optimize and report on all campaigns – sharing results with the wider team.
- Work with the creative team to ensure best practice creative is used.
- Assist with quarterly and annual planning of marketing budgets.
Key Results:
- Web traffic and leads driven by media campaigns.
- Increasing engagement and performance of social media campaigns.
- Improving brand awareness and image of BYD in Spain.
The Person:
We are looking for a Paid Social Media Specialist to lead the strategic and tactical execution of paid social campaigns. You will ensure the paid social media strategy is executed, implementation and optimization goals are achieved, and client's targets are met as efficiently as possible. Campaigns will be a mix of branding and direct response. You will work with partners including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Marketing, Sales, or commercial disciplines.
- Effective and fluent communicator in English and Spanish.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills.
- Experience in social media planning and execution of 360 campaigns.
- Understanding of media market and key media owners, Meta and TikTok.
- Knowledge of current digital media landscape and ability to optimize performance campaigns.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open-minded.
- Results-oriented.
- Ability to work to deadlines, hands-on approach, motivated to get results.
