Actualmente estamos operando en el mercado europeo y con futuro crecimiento internacional.Somos un equipo joven, con buena comunicación y con muchísimas ganas de crecer y seguir aprendiendo, y para eso queremos incorporarte a ti como nuevo integrante en el equipo.FuncionesTu gestión será dar al cliente una experiencia única gracias a nuestros servicios, acompañándole en toda consulta que tenga en la preventa y postventa.Gestión de back office, así como la gestión de casos particulares, desarrollo de proyectos con el equipo, seguimiento de valoraciones y gestiones interbancarias.Definición de indicadores clave de satisfacción y experiencia del clienteBuscamos una persona comunicativa y resolutiva, con buenos dotes de rápido aprendizaje y proactividad.ResponsabilidadesExcelente atención al cliente en mail y chatSeguimiento de casos particulares con los clientesComunicación con el equipoPoder gestionar varios proyectos simultáneamenteRequisitosConocimientos de Zendesk, Slack y NotionPersona proactiva y comprometidaSaber gestionarse bajo gran nivel de trabajoSaber seguir protocolos y también adherirse a cambiosFlexibilidad horaria para poder adaptarse en los cambios de horario con los compañeros si fuese requeridoEspañol nativo, Inglés nivel alto escrito. Conocimientos de idiomas adicionales serán valorables.¿Qué ofrecemos?Jornada 40h semanales.De Lunes a Jueves 9:00 - 18:00, Viernes intensivo de 10:00 - 16:00Guardias rotativas cada dos fines de semana de 9:00 - 19:00Trabajo híbrido, 2 días en casa y 3 en la oficinaCrecimiento y desarrollo personal y laboral continuoUbicación de la oficina en BarcelonaProyecto indefinido y salario competitivo (18k - 20k con salario de guardias adicional) #J-18808-Ljbffr
