Responsibilities
• Provide quality service and resolve queries about financial products and services• Investigate and offer appropriate solutions to customer needs and complaints• Provide basic guidance on platform usage and solve technical problems• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and relevant information• Maximize recovery of debt portfolio and sale of additional products
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, debt collection, and/or sales in the financial and fintech sector• Excellent persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills
