En su historial se incluyen obras que acumulan más de 490 km de túneles, 19.200 km de carretera (incluyendo 4.000 km de autopistas) y 4.700 km de líneas de ferrocarril (incluyendo 700 km de ferrocarril de Alta Velocidad) y 27.350 km de mantenimiento y reparación de carreteras.Descripción del rol:El candidato seleccionado se unirá al Departamento de Gestión de Contratos dentro del Departamento Legal, preferiblemente en Madrid, como Gerente Regional de Contratos, reportando directamente al Jefe de Gestión de Contratos.Un Gerente de Contratos participa proactivamente en asegurar que los derechos y obligaciones contractuales con el Cliente y otras partes sean seguidos y gestionados adecuadamente, posicionando el proyecto para alcanzar sus objetivos y maximizar el éxito de todas las reclamaciones.Las responsabilidades incluyen lo siguiente:Liderar las iniciativas estratégicas desarrolladas en el Departamento, promoviendo su finalización exitosa.Asegurar el uso adecuado de las herramientas corporativas de gestión de contratos existentes dentro de la organización.Monitorear el progreso de las reclamaciones incorporadas en el módulo de gestión de reclamaciones, preparando los informes necesarios.En coordinación con los Gerentes de Contratos de área específicos, supervisar la correcta gestión de contratos en los proyectos de la región Iberia y LATAM desde la fase de licitación hasta la entrega, prestando especial atención a la preparación y gestión de reclamaciones.Supervisar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos relevantes en cada uno de los proyectos de la región Iberia y LATAM, en coordinación con los Gerentes de Contratos de área específicos.Participar en la selección de expertos para reclamaciones complejas.Revisar y analizar informes preparados por expertos.Desarrollar la estrategia de reclamación con el equipo de operaciones y legal.Coordinar con el abogado responsable de proporcionar asesoría en cada uno de los proyectos.Habilidades y experienciaMás de 10 años de experiencia como gerente de contratos o en posiciones comerciales relevantes en proyectos de infraestructura complejos.Ingeniero Civil o título relacionado; se valorará haber completado módulos de formación en gestión de contratos, derecho de la construcción, gestión de reclamaciones, análisis de costos y análisis de retrasos.Conocimiento de los principales métodos de análisis de retrasos, protocolos y recomendaciones de la SCL y la AACE.Capacidad para establecer, liderar y motivar equipos funcionales
