Regional Practice Area Senior Manager, Energy and Sustainability

As a Regional Practice Area Senior Manager for the Energy Practice at Boston Consulting Group, you will play a key role in driving the strategic agenda and defining implementation activities for the business. You will work closely with the regional Energy Practice Area leadership and the Practice Area Global Practice Executive Director to set priorities and develop the people plan. This will involve managing the creation of and facilitating the implementation of the people plan, supporting regional Practice Area leaders on recruiting, staffing, and pipeline topics.
Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis and Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Leadership and Organization: Manage the regional Energy Practice Area leadership team and drive coordination and development of the Energy PA business.
- Commercial Planning: Manage the commercial plan and monitor the state of the business, including lead flow, proposal pipeline, and sold cases.
- Marketing and Communications: Provide inputs to the Practice's Marketing Partner and Marketing Manager to plan publications, newsletters, internal and external events for the regional Energy business.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain reporting for the region on a weekly and monthly basis, including commercial and other key metrics and assessment.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business analysis and planning, leadership, and commercial planning. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
