We areworking with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a French-speaking Inside Sales Representative for their Barcelona office. Position: Inside Sales RepresentativeLocation: Barcelona, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary Contract type: Provisional- maternity leaveDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide expert assistance to the list of clients and partners using a consultative approach to account managementCreating the business environment for sustained growth on the accountDeveloping and maintaining the relationship within the account in order to maintain long term visibility of strategy, plans and competitor activityResearch new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accountsPrepare commercial and technical service proposals - Focus on driving profitability through proactive management - Execute and achieve sales quota and targetsTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline.Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner callsREQUIREMENTS:Solid Sales BackgroundFluent French and English at native levelStrong communication skillsAchievement and goal orientedMotivated and self-starterPrevious experience working with channelPrevious experience in Sales B2BDynamic and EnergeticBENEFITS:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceFull-time contractMonday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm incl. 30 min LunchGreat office location in Barcelona.Friends hunting (referral) bonusFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized coursesOpportunities for a career abroad through the International Mobility ProgramA dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
