Job Description - Personal Assistant (14003540D20240808) Personal Assistant, AXA DCP Barcelona, Madrid – Spain AXA's Management Committee is driving a unique strategic initiative - Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) – designed to transform AXA's value proposition.
Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where the focus is on risk prediction, prevention and management.
AXA DCP relies on creating a platform of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients and third parties.
This role will provide an exceptional level of personal support to five leadership members of AXA DCP within the organisation, taking responsibility and ownership for a wide variety of administrative and supportive tasks, working with a high level of autonomy and initiative to ensure the maximum efficiency of the business area and executive role it supports.
What will your essential responsibilities include?
Helping to prioritise time and appointments through efficient diary management and reliable travel planning and execution.
Plan and facilitate delivery of the Leaders critical meetings and maintain longer-range calendar of events and other key activities.
Plan and coordinate other key stakeholder meetings involving the Leaders if required.
Manage the associated Leaders operational expenses incurred through the necessary booking and finance systems in a timely manner.
Manage the associated Leaders Travel and Expenses processes on COUPA.
Serve as a liaison between DCP team members and other stakeholders.
Support the offices in all logistics aspects transversally to support AXA DCP in their events and initiatives.
Coordinate and help prepare presentations/material for meetings.
Provide ad-hoc and project support for Leadership team members.
Raising purchase orders and processing invoices in a timely manner.
You will report to the Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff to CEO.
