From Marlex we are collaborating with a French group that offers investment solutions for individuals and companies. We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for their offices located in Sant Cugat.
What will your mission be in the company? Provide personalized secretarial assistance to the CEO, COO and CIO, as well as to support our company's senior-level managers and perform a variety of administrative tasks in a well-organized and timely manner.
Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clientsCreate and reformat presentations and documentation for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, minutesPrepare documentation for meetings and appointmentsManage executives' calendars and set up meetings and appointmentsMake travel and accommodation arrangementsRack daily expenses and prepare expense reportsAnswer phone calls received and direct them appropriatelyWelcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and assist with any questions or requests visitors haveSupport General Services during holiday periods and leaves by keeping up with office supplies and other tasks as neededAssist with other ad-hoc administrative and project requirements as neededWhat do they offer?
