At Revlon, we create beauty innovations for everyone that inspire confidence and ignite joy every day. Breaking beauty boundaries is in our company's DNA. Since its game-changing launch of the first opaque nail enamel in 1932 (and later, the first long-wear foundation), Revlon has provided consumers with high-quality product innovation, performance, and sophisticated glamour. Elizabeth Arden made waves as a woman-led beauty company in the 1920s. In 1931, Almay became the original hypoallergenic, fragrance-free beauty brand. Today, Revlon resiliently continues its legacy as a leading global beauty company. Our diverse portfolio—which consists of some of the world's most iconic brands and product offerings in color cosmetics, skincare, hair color & care, personal care, and fragrances—is sold around the world through prestige, professional, mass, and direct-to-consumer retail channels. These brands include Revlon, Revlon Professional, Elizabeth Arden, Almay, American Crew, CND, Cutex, Mitchum, Sinful Colors, Creme of Nature, Christina Aguilera, John Varvatos, Juicy Couture, Ed Hardy and more. This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our London office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days. We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Business Development Manager (Amazon) to accelerate growth across our Mass Beauty portfolio and play a key role in expanding our eCommerce business. This is a high-impact position for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a proven track record managing Amazon businesses at scale. Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand priorities, pricing, and profitability objectives. Drive sales and market share through assortment optimization, promotional planning, and successful new product launches. Lead Joint Business Planning, forecasting, negotiations, and performance reviews. Optimize the digital shelf, including content, imagery, A+ content, and SEO, to maximize visibility and conversion. Analyze commercial performance, market trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities. Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure flawless execution and operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ~5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Business Development, Key Account Management, or a similar commercial role. ~ Strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and data-driven decision-making. ~ Knowledge of digital marketing levers including AMS/AMC, DSP, and SEO. You'll work alongside passionate experts, influence key business decisions, and help bring beauty to millions of consumers.
