As we grow, we're seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team and manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Role Overview:As a Property Manager specializing in client account management, you will be the point of contact for clients, responsible for nurturing relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring a seamless experience with our software solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for helping clients succeed. Must speak English and Spanish on a conversational level. 
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining consistent communication and providing support as needed for a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop strategies to retain and grow our client base by understanding client needs and presenting relevant solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve any concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Guide clients on how to best use our software, conducting training sessions and offering ongoing support.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure the client’s experience with our software is seamless and that all feedback is communicated to improve our offerings.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in property management, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Familiarity with property management software or channel management platforms is a plus.
