Empresa de Moda E-Commerce busca un puesto en departamento de Customer Success / Oficina E-Commerce. Tiempo Parcial, 20-30h.
Tareas- Gestión de incidencias con clientes Online por mail, Chat y Direct.
- Diseño de Banners y gestión de RRSS.
- Actualización de Stock y gestionar las prendas entre almacenes.
- Creación de fichas de producto y redimensionamiento de Fotos con Adobe.
- Gestión de pedidos de Canarias e internacionales.
- Gestión de las devoluciones online.
- Modificaciones de la página WEB.
RequisitosPersona con experiencia en tareas en empresa de E-Commerce y customer success.
Es un plus que el candidato tenga conocimietos de Adobe, RRSS y Shopify.
