The business operates across multiple products, brands, ICPs and geographies, and marketing sits at the centre of its commercial ambitions.This 12-month FTC role is designed for a senior marketing leader who can step in quickly, take ownership, and deliver impact in a complex, fast-moving environment.The opportunityReporting into the commercial leadership team, you will own marketing end-to-end across demand generation, product marketing, brand and commercial alignment, with a clear remit to strengthen capability, improve execution, and drive measurable growth across Europe.You will operate at both strategic and hands-on level, working closely with Sales, Customer Success and the executive team.What you will be responsible forCommercial ownershipOwn marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue across European marketsTranslate ambitious growth targets into clear marketing priorities, plans and KPIsAct as a strong commercial partner to Sales and Customer SuccessDemand generation and growthLead multi-channel demand generation across digital, events, content, ABM and partnershipsDrive focus and prioritisation under constraint, deciding what not to do as much as what to doBuild and optimise scalable acquisition and nurture enginesProduct marketing and positioningClarify and strengthen value propositions across products, ICPs and marketsCreate compelling, differentiated messaging that translates into demand, website, and sales enablementBring cohesion and confidence to how the business tells its storyTeam leadership and capability buildLead a distributed European marketing team through a period of changeEstablish clear playbooks and centres of excellence across key marketing disciplinesCoach, uplift and reset standards, pace and accountabilityInfrastructure and executionOversee delivery of key marketing projects including automation and website evolutionEmbed data-driven decision making and performance visibilityImprove marketing’s reputation and effectiveness across the wider businessWhat success looks like after 12 monthsMarketing delivering a clear, material contribution to revenue and pipelineA confident team operating with clarity, structure and proven playbooksStronger trust and alignment between marketing, sales and customer successClear positioning and execution across markets, products and ICPsEssential background (non-negotiable)Senior xsgfvud leadership experience in B2B SaaS(This is not suitable for B2C, consumer brand-only backgrounds)Operated in scale-up environments, typically Series A–B, where marketing is a core revenue driver rather than a support functionWorked in businesses of sufficient complexity and scale, typically €30–60m+ revenue, with:Multi-product portfoliosMultiple ICPsMultiple European marketsHeld real pipeline and revenue accountability, with marketing expected to materially contribute to growthWorked closely and credibly with Sales, including alignment on pipeline, targets, cadence and executionStrong analytical capability, comfortable operating in a numbers-led, commercially rigorous environmentWhat you will doThis role will suit someone who enjoys complexity, transformation and delivery, and who takes pride in leaving a function stronger than they found it.
