This is your opportunity to join innovative and fast-growing start-up where both your hard-work and your significant results are highly tangible and matter to the business.This position will be based in Barcelona.Your responsibilities:- Develop & communicate a compelling product strategy and collaborate with the executive team in identifying the opportunities for growth.- Drive innovation & competitive advantage of our products.- Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and continuous improvement.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer care, to develop and launch new products and features that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on strategic fit, customer feedback, internal shareholders feedback, market trends, and ROI.- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.- Serve as the company's product evangelist, promoting our offerings both internally and externally through presentations, conferences, and other engagements.- Recruit, retain and develop a world-class team of product managers, and UX/UI experts.- Analyze and understand market trends.What you need to be successful:- Minimum 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a tech company.- A solid experience in a senior leadership role, managing and developing high-performing large product teams.- Genuine interest in innovation.- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.- Thrives working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.- High degree of independence, initiative, proactivity and drive for delivering results.- Experience owning, understanding and being responsible for product analytics, financial metrics, monetization, and P&L.- Ideally experience at a VC funded or a pre-IPO start-up.- Analytical and critical thinker.- You speak fluent/professional English.What we offer:- Opportunity to grow in an innovative company and Top International Scale Up.- Attractive Compensation package.- Benefits with our treatments, aligners, and products.- Collaborative work environment and positive culture.- International and diverse teams.- Coffee and fresh fruit every morning.At Impress we cultivate a culture of inclusion and diversity.
