Your Role: We are looking for a Head of External Engagement, a key team in our technology ecosystem. This area is responsible for leading and coordinating Santander’s global external Engagement strategy on cyber security. You will work with a wide range of high-profile external bilateral and multilateral organisations, such as the United Nations, the World Economic Forum, and the Organisation of American States, in order to deliver joint strategic and tactical initiatives on cybersecurity. Through these joint projects, your goal is to create a more secure global cybersecurity ecosystem, in which the cost and risk of perpetrating cybercrime is increased, and ultimately the bank’s clients are more secure.

You will work with a global scope, coordinating with cyber security leads in all Santander entities to set a clear strategy for external engagement, and to identify and execute global and local-level projects.
