VatServices, the employing company, is part of the DKV Mobility Group and specializes in providing comprehensive financial and advisory services to companies engaged in international road transport across Europe. Our expertise includes toll management, tax recovery. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are ready to contribute to our mission of excellence and customer satisfaction. The following exciting tasks are waiting for you:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
- Create and maintain content for various marketing channels (e.g.,website, social media, newsletters)
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Support the organization of events and trade shows
- Maintain and update the customer database
- Prepare presentations and reports
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials,including digital content, print materials, and advertisements
- Collaborate with internal departments (HQ) to ensure cohesive brandmessaging and alignment with business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with external service providers,media, influencers, and other external partners
- Managing of the Telesales-Team and coaching your employees in the execution of their tasks
- Monitoring the sales targets of the Telesales-Team and initiate measures to achieve the targets
- Support continuous development and optimization of processes for the telesales segment and ensure high-quality support for customers and prospects
- Acquisition of new customers (Telesales segment) and the control of outbound activities
- Identification and implementation of measures to increase customer potential (up- and cross-selling) as well as the planning and realisation of sales campaigns
- Completed degree in e.g. marketing, communication or equivalentworking experience
- Great interest in sales, customer contact and contact management
- Proven experience as a Manager in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Proficiency in MS Office and common marketing tools
- Creativity, teamwork, and strong communication skills
- Organizational talent and a structured way of working
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools
- Business fluent Spanish and English skills, both written and spoken
