Antes de solicitar este puesto, por favor, lea la siguiente información sobre esta oportunidad que encontrará a continuación.About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Folding Carton (Folding Box Board / FBB) and Food Packaging Board commercial activities across Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within the printing, converting, and packaging merchant sectors . Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy for Folding Box Board (FBB) and food packaging grades within Italy Drive revenue growth across key accounts and strategic customers Build and maintain strong relationships with printers, carton converters, and merchants/distributors Identify and pursue new business opportunities in adjacent segments (e.G., FMCG, food service packaging) Lead pricing, volume, and service-level negotiations Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments Collaborate with regional and global APP teams to ensure best-in-class customer support Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership Requirements: Minimum 4-6 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, packaging board, or related packaging materials Established network of customers in Spain , especially within converting, printing, and food packaging Strong understanding of EU food-contact packaging regulations Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across Italy Fluency in Spanish and English Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field preferred Why Join APP?
