**Join a Global Leader in Ductile Iron Piping**
**About Us**
**We are the world’s second-largest manufacturer of Ductile Iron (DI) piping, and we’re expanding rapidly across the Europe. To drive our growth, we’re seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager** to assist in spearheading our efforts in Spain.
**The Role**
**In this exciting role, you will work with the Country of Sales to drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships within the water and utilities sectors.**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed market research to identify growth opportunities, assess competitive activity, and understand customer needs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the water and utilities supply chain.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and distributors to maximize sales opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies to deliver value while maximizing revenue.
**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in the water or utilities industry, ideally within a sales-driven role.
- Familiarity with piping solutions (Ductile Iron or alternatives) is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working both independently and collaboratively.
