We transform organizational learning through simulations, surveys, and automated reporting systems that accelerate skill and competency development—creating real impact on people and business results.We are now expanding across Asia–Pacific (APAC) and looking for a Regional Head of Sales to lead, grow, and consolidate our presence in some of the world’s most dynamic markets: China, Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam), India, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Oceania (Australia & New Zealand).This is a highly entrepreneurial and strategic role—ideal for someone who thrives in fast-growth contexts, can build pipeline from zero, and knows how to win enterprise and education-sector clients in diverse APAC markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive commercial expansion across APACLead the full end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to closing multi-market and enterprise-level deals.Actively build and manage a strong pipeline with universities, business schools, corporations, training institutions, and consulting partners across the region.Develop and execute outbound sales strategies tailored to the cultural and business realities of APAC markets.Build scalable and repeatable commercial systemsCreate localized sales playbooks, country-specific strategies, and repeatable outreach cadences for markets such as Singapore, Australia, China, Japan, and India.Define territories and segmentation models for future Account Executives in the region.Establish partnerships with consulting firms, HR ecosystems, EdTech platforms, and regional institutions.Leadership & ReportingBuild and lead a high-performance regional sales team as the APAC operation grows.Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting using our CRM tools.Collaborate directly with senior leadership, sharing insights, market intelligence, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.Market RepresentationRepresent Kudzu Partners as a trusted partner for digital learning innovation across APAC.Attend key industry events in Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Sydney, and other relevant hubs.Requirements3+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, consulting, EdTech, L&D, HRTech, or high-value enterprise solutions.Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise deals in at least one major APAC market.Experience working in multicultural, multi-market environments, ideally with regional responsibility.Strong background in outbound sales, pipeline generation, and commercial hunting roles.Experience leading sales teams or mentoring Account Executives in fast-growth companies.Mastery of consultative and solution selling.Fluent English.
