We're looking for a Business Development Consultant to drive growth and build strong relationships. If you have experience selling interior products — whether lighting, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, textiles, or other design elements — and love connecting with clients and growing opportunities, this role could be a great fit. What You'll DoProactively identify and approach new clients to introduce our products and services. Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing the deal, with support from our technical and design team. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, and businesses. Keep up to date with interior trends and spot new business opportunities to support ongoing growth. Manage inbound enquiries through our website, including responding to live chat, contact forms, and customer messages. Collaborate with our team to maintain and update website content related to products, service, and client resources.What We're Looking ForProven sales or business development experience within interiors (furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, lighting, or similar). Confidence in presenting products and guiding clients through the buying process. Strong communication, relationship-building, and networking skills. Commercially focused, target-driven, and self-motivated. Well-organised and able to manage your own schedule. Fluent in both English and Spanish. Driving licence with own car.The OfferFull time Spanish contract. Working hours Monday - Friday. Can be based anywhere in Mallorca with full support from our wider team.
