Demographics & Background- Industry background: Courier / Last-Mile Delivery / Supply chain industry - Total professional experience: 7-10 yearsLocation: the person that we are looking for should be located in Madrid or Barcelona.Professional Experience- Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally. - Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development. - Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C/B2B). - Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc) - Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships. - Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.Possible career paths:1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead/manager (small team: 24 people).2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.Technical & IT SkillsSolid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:- Carrier APIs - eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) - IT logistics systems (WMS/OMS/ERP)Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.Languages- Spanish & Italian either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience - English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
