This is reflected by our team in Germany, France, Spain, and the UK.Your Contribution: Launch the Eastern Europe Market from Scratch Currently we are looking for a Country Launcher to help us continue our growth.Working closely with our VP Sales & Sevan our CEO & Co-Founder, you will have the mission to start the Eastern Europe Market from scratch:Direct Oversight of Eastern Europe Operations: Lead the business activities in the Eastern Europe Market, including crafting and executingGo-To-Marketstrategies that align with local market dynamics and company goals.Doing the 0 to 1 : Reaching out to the first prospects, closing them and making sure they are happy over time.P&L Management: Take full ownership of the P&L account for the Eastern Europe branch. This involves monitoring revenues, managing expenses, and driving profitability.Team Recruitment and Development: Build and nurture a high-performing local team through strategic recruitment and tailored training programs.Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business strategies for the Eastern Europe market, ensuring alignment with the company’s overarching objectives.Team Collaboration: Work closely with both international and local teams to ensure cohesive business operations, sharing best practices and insights.Your ProfileYou are atop performer , an excellentSalesand are used to work in challenging environmentYou have ascientific backgroundor adegree from a tier 1 Business SchoolYou have already gained relevant professional experience in a dynamic environment (e.g. startup, venture capital, consulting) and are familiar withlaunching new projects from scratch .You alreadydevelopandexecuteoutboundstrategies in your previous experiencesYou understand thatspeed mattersand are able to makedecisions under uncertainty .You are anambitiouscompetitor, you like to be operational and you are resourceful.You have an analytical mind, like tosolve problems .Full professional proficiency in English.Your Chance At Fleet, we create win-win situations.
