**About the Position**
****We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to help grow our Central & Eastern European Market.
You will build relationships with our clients and play an essential role in developing and managing ongoing partnerships to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**What Youll Do**
- Partner with clients to understand their current and future training needs, challenges and identify approaches to maximize goFLUENT's impact.
- Onboard new clients as a goFLUENT product expert.
- Analyze client data and conduct business reviews to drive a high level of engagement and satisfaction with the goFLUENT training solution.
- Be a growth driver by identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collect feedback and analyze the learners experience to offer improvement opportunities and contribute to developing our digital solution.
- Develop a credible voice for digital learning best practices and provide industry insights, guidance and recommendations to optimize clients training performance.

**Also Nice to Have**
- You speak Polish or Romanian
- Relevant experience in the Training, e-Learning, HR solutions (SaaS) industry would definitely be a plus
