As a result of this growth, we are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Spanish team based in Madrid.
The role
The Customer Success Manager role will cover a wide range of customer support and sales tasks, working closely with the Business Development team. The Customer Success Manager will:
- Be the first and main point of reference for dealers and guide them once the contract has been signed
- Support our customers in defining their digital strategy
- Engage with clients at all levels and be the lead for all client engagements
- Develop a complete solution, strong and ready to go for customers to support their growth process
- Coaching and training of Web Marketing, Lead Generation and Lead Management processes and tools
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support pilot customers, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Developing proactive methods to evaluate dealer performance i.e. failures on website, pictures in stock, usage of new features, website performance tec.
- Active development of the Sales Forecast reporting and monitoring system
- Propose lead generating campaigns based on best in practice and over performing customers
- Developing testimonial strategies together with sales
**Requirements**:
Our ideal Customer Success Manager will have a background in Sales, preferably within a Customer Success role, with a strong understanding of the digital and automotive industry. As well as:
- Experience in development and management of Web Marketing strategy/campaign
- Experience in the B2B market (knowledge of Dealer Automotive market is lovable
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment
- Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
- Great communication skills
- Native level of Spanish and English
Work pattern and location
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working pattern
- Office based in Madrid
