Every Monday, investors receive 3–5 handpicked deals aligned with their investment strategy — complete with AI-generated commentary, risk insights, and one-click warm intros.What You’ll Do As our Sales Account Executive (Investor Relations), your mission is to build and grow relationships with real estate investors (private offices, funds, syndicates, and family offices) and convert them into paid subscribers on the Cobuildy platform.Your responsibilities will include:Own the full sales cycle: outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, running demos, handling objections, and closing Segment and prioritize investors based on size, strategy, and region Understand each investor’s criteria and communicate how Cobuildy adds value Collaborate with the product and operations teams to continuously improve investor onboarding and retention Represent Cobuildy in investor communities and online channels (LinkedIn, events, etc.) Maintain clean CRM data and report on KPIs and performanceWhat We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or investor relations (ideally in real estate, fintech, or SaaS) Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with high-net-worth individuals and institutions Proactive, structured, and self-driven — you’re not afraid to chase and close deals Fluency in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a big plus) Familiarity with real estate investing, capital raising, or financial products is highly desirable Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plusWhy Join Us Work closely with top-tier investors and developers across Europe Competitive base salary + uncapped commission Hybrid / remote flexibility + Barcelona HQ A product you’ll be proud to pitch — with proven traction and differentiation
