Are you a sales enthusiast, eager to excel in a dynamic environment that truly values customer relationships? Then keep readingOur client is a fast-growing German start-up that offers a digital audit platform for their pharmaceutical and healthcare clients to achieve and maintain the highest quality standards across their supply chain. They are looking for a hands-on Account Executive to help them convince new customers in the Nordics region to outsource the qualification of their suppliers to them, as well as upsell already existing customers. If you are a sales enthusiastic, pragmatic, and patient person, and you don't take "no" for an answer, we are looking for you Main Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities through research and social sellingContact potential prospects and establish effective relationships, converting them into new clientsIdentify business drivers to associate optimal solutions according to each customerImplement strategies to achieve business goals, for both new and existing clientsEngage with C-level managers Manage the full sales cycle from negotiating to closing dealsForecast success through key performance indicators
Requirements
3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within pharma/regulated industry but not keyStrong experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and complex organizations Strong focus on deal closing, via collaboration with multiple internal and external partners Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownershipActively build lasting partnerships with customers and suppliers
