What You'll Do :
Hitting or exceeding quarterly financial targets
Executing sales activity : prospecting, cold calls, videoconferencing negotiations ,F2F meetings to advance prospects through the sales cycle
Educating prospects on Criteo Commerce Growth Platform to manage their campaign targets (e.g. ROAS)
Tracking industry and product trends to stay at the top of your game
Working with internal stakeholders (account management, creative technical, legal and other teams) to ensure a high level of clients' satisfaction
Who You Are :
Proven track record in driving new business, ideally in Ad Tech industry
Strong network in Polish market (focus vertical : ecommerce, finance, automotive) is required
Accurate pipeline planning and revenue forecasting
Excellent presentation skills to open doors across clients at all level
A team player with an entrepreneurial attitude, customer-centric mindset and strong will to succeed
Fluent in English and Polish, other Eastern European languages is a plus
