Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Employment type: Full-time (on-site)
What You'll Do:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing user needs efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold service levels.
- Collaborate with your team on exciting projects to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, ensuring compliance with service standards.
- Be ready to support other team members when needed, ensuring seamless teamwork and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, becoming an expert on what we offer.
What We're Looking For:
- Native/fluent in Dutch with strong English skills (B2 or higher).
- 1+ years of customer service experience (automotive industry experience or familiarity with electric vehicles is a plus).
- Competency with IT platforms, MS Office, and basic internet configurations.
- A customer-focused approach with strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution or escalate when necessary.
