As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our commercial goals and encouraging a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for developing a team of Sales Specialists within a designated region.
As a Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:
Performance Orientation and Leadership: Ensuring high standards of recruitment for industry-leading sales representatives, conduct onboarding training for new staff, and be responsible for the performance of the Sales Specialist Team through appropriate leadership and mentor.Feedback and Development: Providing direct reports with relevant feedback, mentoring training interventions, development planning, and talent management.Partnership Building: Encouraging productive working relationships with Regeneron's co-commercialization partners and expand our reputation and relationships with Key HCPs.Forward thinking and Implementation: You'll ensure your team attaining high levels of product, competitor therapy, and environmental knowledge to improve the commercial opportunities and provide input into Regional and Local Account plans.Organisational compliance: acting in alignment with relevant pharmaceutical industry code of Practice and Regeneron SOP's.This Role Might Be For You IfYou are passionate about leading and encouraging a team to reach its full potential, employing leadership skills to empower and encourage.You Identify and implement standard methodologies within your team, using your keen eye for detail and deep understanding of our industry.You thrive in contribution to our overall business plans as a strategic problem solver, using your strong analytical skills and critical thinking.You have the highly developed ability to influence, network and possess a high personal credibility.You are at comfortable with frequent travelling within your designated region, and potentially others as per business needs. To be considered for this opportunity you must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree or similar, preferably in life sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology. Previous 1st Line Management experience and consistent record of spotting opportunities and developing them into business solutions.
