Your responsibilities and impact working as a Sales Manager will be:

  • Undertaking sales via phone on a daily basis
  • Taking care of the qualification of the client's request and a precise understanding of the prospect's need
  • Searching for boats that meet the client's expectations
  • Taking care of the business-related aspect of the sale (e.g. sending quotes)
  • Accompanying the customer until his rental and beyond
  • Helping in the development of your company's clientele in the German market

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

  • You are fluent in German and have professional proficiency in English
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit
  • You love building trusting relationships - both internally and externally
