About the role


The Customer Insights Analyst (f/m/d) will play a key part in our purpose to generate business value through customer and operational insights.

Main responsibilities

  • Analyze data and build models to produce actionable insights, that generate measurable business value.
  • Refine the global platform/data model and build reports to meet user requirements.
  • Become the subject matter expert in domains within the IDT (Integrated Dental Technology) business, and lead future projects to enhance the encourage data driven decision making.
  • Keep up to date with trends in data, analytics, and AI, and find ways of using these to improve user experience and business outcomes.
  • Enable senior business stakeholders to use data to guide strategic decision making and drive performance metrics.
  • Key responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key business stakeholders across IDT, to understand their needs and build and maintain data solutions that add value.
  • Work with the technology team to define, test and use new data pipelines and data structures.
  • Support customer and operational insights.
  • Find new and innovative ways of using data, reporting, and advanced analytics to help users and improve business outcomes.
  • Increase data literacy and adoption of analytics across the stakeholder base.

About the ideal candidate

  • At least 3-5 commercial experience in data/analytics or technology in a multi-national organization.
  • Able to build relationships with business stakeholders, understand their underlying needs and plan, build and rollout data and analytics solutions to meet them.
  • Pro-active, able to drive projects and keep them on track, managing requirements, risks and delivery.
  • Capable of solving problems and with both simple workarounds and innovative solutions requiring critical thinking.
  • Experience of building machine learning models, and the desire to learn and improve your skills though practice.
  • Ability to visualize data and build data and analytics products that are automated, easy to use and insightful using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Quick to learn, able to think of innovative technical and business solutions.
  • Able to work across technical development teams and business teams.
  • SQL, DAX and data modelling in the Power BI Query Editor (or similar tools).
  • Understanding of the principles of data modeling and how to build data structures and relationships that model business scenarios and requirements.
