Lo que harás:

  • Llevar a cabo investigaciones de datos impulsadas por el cliente mediante el análisis de datos en informes y de sistemas internos bajo supervisión; escalar las investigaciones a equipos internos si el análisis no es concluyente
  • Apoyar a los clientes con interpretación de datos para respuestas a RFP y presentaciones internas.
  • Capacitar a los clientes sobre los informes, metodologías, herramientas y procesos de Comscore MyMetrix.
  • Capacitaciones personalizadas para satisfacer las necesidades del cliente considerando las necesidades comerciales, industria y competidores del cliente.
  • Utilización de MyMetrix para investigar y desarrollar información y resultados para el cliente.
  • Realizar presentaciones y demostraciones en vivo para brindar soporte al cliente como un recurso sindicado asignado.
  • Apoyo al equipo de Client Insights mediante la configuración de etiquetas después de obtener una familiaridad básica con el etiquetado y los informes unificados en PC, aplicaciones móviles, video, video móvil y OTT.
  • Según sea necesario, crear contenido para capacitaciones y demostraciones que van desde presentaciones de PowerPoint e informes de Excel de ejemplo.

Requisitos para el cargo:

  • Título Universitario, preferiblemente con especialización en publicidad o marketing.
  • Español e Inglés fluído
  • 02 años de experiência en publicidad y/o marketing.
  • Experiência con la suite Microsoft Office
  • Conocimiento y experiência con los aspectos técnicos y funcionamiento del Internet
  • Búsqueda proactiva de oportunidades para el crecimiento del producto.

Job Title:
Associate Client Insights Analyst (Temporary Position)

About This Role:


They will provide first line of product training and support to clients of Comscore's syndicated product offerings and provide technical tagging support.

They will partner with sales to communicate product enhancements and methodology changes to clients, identify training opportunities based on client usage and needs and proactively communicate client updates to respective account leads.


What You'll Do:

  • Conduct clientdriven data investigations by analyzing data in reports and from internal systems under supervision; escalate investigations to internal teams if analysis is inconclusive
  • Respond to client questions about data and aid client with interpretation of data
  • With assistance, provide clients with data interpretation for RFP responses and internal presentations
  • Train clients on Comscore MyMetrix reports, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Customise trainings to suit client needs by considering the client's business needs, industry, and competitors.
  • Use MyMetrix to research and develop client deliverables and insights
  • Conduct live presentations and demos to provide client support as an assigned syndicated resource
  • Answer customer support hotline; escalate issues when appropriate; navigate through internal teams easily and involve management when needed
  • Support Client Insights team by setting up tags after gaining a basic familiarity with tagging and unified reporting across PC, mobile app, video, mobile video, and OTT
  • As needed, create content for trainings and demos ranging from PowerPoint decks and example Excel reports
  • Receive client dictionary submissions and ensures all definition requests meet Comscore's branding and dictionary rules; follow Comscore process for submitting changes with supervision and attention to details.
