Importante compañía multinacional de servicios necesita incorporar un/a Regional Sales Manager que se encargue de la definición e implementación de la acción comercial en su zona de responsabilidad, así como liderar el equipo de ventas a su cargo.
Responsabilidades
Desarrollo de negocio en su zona de responsabilidad.Liderar un equipo de 14 responsables territoriales de ventas a su cargo.Implementar el plan de acción comercial y los proyectos definidos en su zona de responsabilidad.Responsable del performance management y de la consecución de los resultados de su equipo. Realización de informes mensuales cualitativos y cuantitativos.Evaluar el desempeño de su equipo y determinar oportunidades de mejora y las acciones necesarias para su desarrollo como formación y contenidos.Coordinación con el resto del equipo comercial en el territorio así como con los departamentos de Marketing, Grandes Cuentas y Operaciones.Coaching de su equipo para desarrollarlo y maximizar su ejecución.Analizar la competencia y detectar oportunidades y amenazas para plantear estrategias o tácticas comercialesRealización de tareas comerciales y de representación propias de su nivel de interlocuciónIdentificar mejores prácticas en el equipo y asegurar su difusiónParticipación en equipos de trabajo transversales para impulsar el negocio a largo plazo.Participar en la elaboración del BudgetAnalizar KPIs, tendencias de mercado y métricas de rendimiento para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.RequisitosFormación universitaria y valorable formación complementaria en Ventas, Marketing y/o Coaching.Experiencia mínima de 3 años en función similar en sector B2B.Inglés nivel avanzado.-
