Responsibilities:
Assisting in the selection process and welcoming new partners.Publication of job offers and internships (internal website, contacts with schools, associations).Conduct of interviews.Selection and recruitment of trainees for different departments.Assist in the preparation of the closing of the month.Calendar update and birthday vouchers.Updating the directory of telephone extensions.Monthly review of first aid kits (verification and ordering from FREMAP).Preparation of the bimonthly LMB newsletter. Profile we look for: Lean to teamwork and teambuilding.Attention to detail.Positive attitude and outgoing personality.Ability to plan, train, delegate and motivate team spirit.
