We are currently looking for Head of Product.

Our partner, a Growth & Marketing startup that focuses on a highly scalable niche. The product is a Growth and Marketing-oriented SaaS with a set of automations created using software + AI for businesses. With exponential growth, it has attracted many customers and is expanding into the international market.

El rol:

Buscamos un/a Head of Product que sea capaz anticipar las necesidades de los clientes existentes y potenciales e imaginar el futuro producto. La persona ideal para este puesto tendrá una sólida formación en ingeniería, concretamente en el diseño y la creación de productos de marketing SaaS. El objetivo del puesto es tener una visión de productos potenciales y desarrollar diseños eficaces hasta el lanzamiento del producto.

Responsabilidades:

● Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia global de producto y desarrollo para alcanzar las metas y objetivos

● Impulsar la innovación y la mejora continua en los equipos de producto, y desarrollo, aplicando las mejores prácticas y manteniéndose al día de las tendencias y avances del sector.

● Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos los de gestión de productos, diseño y control de calidad, para garantizar la ejecución y entrega de proyectos.

● Establecer y mantener metodologías eficaces de gestión de proyectos, garantizando que los proyectos se entregan a tiempo, dentro del presupuesto y con los más altos niveles de calidad.

● Proporcionar regularmente reportes y actualizaciones al equipo ejecutivo y a las partes interesadas sobre proyectos, métricas de rendimiento e hitos clave.

● Liderar la transición de nuestros servicios de marketing a un modelo de suscripción SaaS.

● Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales, incluidos desarrollo, marketing, ventas y atención al cliente, para garantizar una integración y entrega sin problemas de nuestra plataforma SaaS.

● Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de producto que se alineen con los objetivos de la empresa y las necesidades de los clientes.

● Supervisar todo el ciclo de vida del producto, desde la ideación hasta el lanzamiento, incluyendo la priorización de características, desarrollo de la hoja de ruta y planificación de lanzamientos.

● Recoger y analizar el feedback de los clientes para impulsar la mejora continua y asegurar una experiencia de usuario superior.

● Monitorear las tendencias del mercado y el panorama competitivo para identificar oportunidades de mejora y diferenciación del producto.

● Definir y rastrear los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) para medir el éxito del producto e informar la toma de decisiones.

● Comunicar la visión, estrategia y progreso del producto a las partes interesadas en todos los niveles de la organización.

Qué necesitamos:

● Experiencia comprobada como Product VP, o cargo similar en un entorno SaaS en empresas que hayan escalado

● Fuerte conocimiento técnico con experiencia en desarrollo de software.

● Conocimiento profundo de servicios de marketing digital, incluyendo desarrollo web, SEO, SEM y gestión de redes sociales.

● Excelentes habilidades de gestión de proyectos con un historial de lanzamiento y gestión exitosa de productos.

● Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

● Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación e interpersonales.

● Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno colaborativo y de ritmo rápido.

● Pasión por la innovación y mantenerse al día con las tendencias de la industria..

Se valorará positivamente:

● Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.

● Experiencia en entornos start up o ambientes ágiles.

● Experiencia previas en Agencias de Marketing o similares
