Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Product Launch Strategy to spearhead the development and execution of our new product launches. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the commercialization process from concept to market launch, ensuring seamless collaboration with our R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies that align with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product launches, including market research, product development, and supply chain management.
  • Oversee market analysis and research to inform product positioning and development strategies.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and effective product launches.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support product commercialization.
  • Identify and capitalize on trends and innovations in the consumer goods landscape to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years of leadership experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food and beverage industry.

  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
